These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hannïa website and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility: you must be able to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate information during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).

Orders: when you place an order, we will confirm receipt by email. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch it (depending on the payment method and operational checks such as stock validation). We may cancel or refuse orders in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Pricing and currency: prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

Payment: card payments are processed through our bank’s secure payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card number or CVC. If your payment is declined or reversed, your order may be cancelled. Cash on delivery (if offered) must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping and delivery: available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs (if applicable). Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address you provide.

Returns and refunds: our returns and refund conditions are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Eligibility may depend on the item condition and the time since delivery. Certain items may be non-returnable where permitted by law.

Products and availability: colors and appearance may vary due to device displays. Product availability may change; adding an item to cart does not reserve stock until the order is confirmed (and for card payments, until payment is confirmed).

Intellectual property: all content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Hannïa or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited use: you may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the site for unlawful activities.

Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, Hannïa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by applicable local consumer and commercial laws. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
